Who's Who>The Board of Trustees and Expert CommitteeWe are indeed proud of our long list of distinguished amateur and professional philatelists who have served The Philatelic Foundation over many decades, and of those who continue to do so. The responsibilities are many; the recompense, except for our small paid staff, is in knowing that The Philatelic Foundation remains the standard for expertizing and therefore for confidence in philately. The "family" of the PF includes two Chairmen: the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and the Chairman of the Expert Committee. The Board of Trustees is drawn from amateur and professional philatelists throughout the United States, and includes both dealers and auctioneers. In addition, an Oversight Committee of the Board of Trustees includes other former or present Board members who closely monitor the financial health of our institution. Our small staff includes experts with long experience in technical philately.
